The GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract for Professional Engineering Services (PES) offers a wide variety of engineering services for domestic and/or overseas use by all federal government agencies and organizations. The fixed hourly rates have been determined “fair and reasonable”. However, the ordering office using this contract is responsible for considering the level of effort and mix of labor proposed to perform specific task being ordered and for making a determination that the total firm-fixed price is fair and reasonable.
Contract Period: 17 December 2007 for five years
Maximum Order: $750,000 (unless negotiated otherwise)
Minimum Order: $100
Payment Terms: Net 30 days
